The English Premier League title race looks set to go down to the wire this season with the clubs from Manchester maintaining great league form. League leaders Manchester City are being pushed all the way by their cross-town rivals as only 2 points separate the pair. This weekend Roberto Mancini’s men travel to the Liberty Stadium in Wales in search of another 3 points but face a potential banana skin in premiership newcomers Swansea City. The Welsh outfit have proved a tough nut to crack at home all season.

Following their somewhat fortuitous victory over Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, Manchester United are once again two points adrift of their local rivals Manchester City who head the log with 66 points. The Red Devils will be looking to keep the pressure on them, hoping they will slip up down the line. United play host to a West Bromwich Albion side that has turned their season around and now find themselves in tenth spot on the table. The Baggies have won three on the trot and have scored 10 goals and only conceded 1. They will be going out to give the reigning champions a difficult time.

The biggest golfing event of the year so far tees off this weekend when the top 50 players in the world tee off at TPC Blue Monster at Doral Country Club and Spar. The course, although fairly narrow, is not the sternest test the players will face this year and as there is no cut you can expect to see a lot of target practice at the pins for at least the first two days. The greens are also fair so expect to see a lot of putts being made. Expect low scores, but the real test is going to be for us to find who will score the lowest….
