Race 7: YOSHIE(6)

Race 4: DRUMMINOR(4)
Trainer: Glen HATT - Trainer: Alan GREEFF

DRUMMINOR is highly rated by his conditioner and his cracking form shows exactly why. He cruised past his rivals en route to a 4.50 length victory over 1800m at Arlington last time and deservedly endured a maximum eight pound penalty. However, the son of Western Winter is rapidly improving since going over ground and he should love today's extra distance. He jumps from pole position and can follow-up.

Race 5: BLACKMALKIN(11)
Trainer: Piere STRYDOM - Trainer: Justin SNAITH

BLACKMALKIN quickly got back to winning ways when he fought back well to beat LE VAR by just over one length over this c & d, three weeks ago. He received a four pound penalty for his troubles but is still on the up and is now only 2kgs worse off with the latter. That may not prove enough to reverse the form and the Snaith inmate has bright claims of following up.

Karis Teetan
Race 6: CAVALAR(6)
Trainer: Karis TEETAN - Trainer: Yvette BREMNER

CAVALAR did his level-best over seven furlongs last time but the son of Ashaawes may have finally convinced his trainer that he is at his best over sprints. He led throughout to win a good contest over this c & d in his penultimate outing and the runner-up franked that form with a victory next time out. He was comfortably beaten by the top rating over seven furlongs last time but is now 4kgs better off and will be a totally different proposition over this trip and is expected to reverse the form.

Race 7: YOSHIE(6)
Trainer: Glen HATT - Trainer: Alan GREEFF

YOSHIE is a high quality filly and she has won two of her three career outings. She made light work of FOLLOW THE TIGER when she cruised in on her comeback run over 1100m on this course, recently and will be much fitter here. She takes on male rivals for the first time but is arguably the stable's best juvenile and should still take some beating.

VALUE BET FOR TODAY:

Race 3: OUR DIZZY EMBLEM(9) (Each Way)
Trainer: Nooresh JUGLALL - Trainer: Tara LAING

OUR DIZZY EMBLEM is very consistent and has transferred her form to PE. The minimum trip may be a tad on the sharp side for her nowadays but she still ran on well in her last two decent outings. She produced her best local effort over this c & d, three starts ago despite conceding chunks of weight and has strong claims in this field.
