Jockey: Wayne AGRELLA - Trainer: Yvette BREMNER

TERRYBELLE recaptured her best form when she tried this surface, three weeks ago. The daughter of Judpot raced handy before being outrun late into a close 4th over 1900m and she now has her third run after the layoff. The drop in distance should be no issue and she is again drawn in pole position.

Race 4: COCO(2)
Jockey: Raymond DANIELSON - Trainer: Tara LAING

COCO has produced two smart local performances after changing her tactics. She finished strongly in both those starts and now has her third run after the layoff. The four-year old chesntnut filly is well drawn on her track debut and she should go very well despite her big mass.

Jockey: Raymond DANIELSON - Trainer: Tara LAING

EGREGIOUS made a bright start to her local career when she produced a strong late burst to win over this c & d, six weeks ago. She was returning from a ten week absence and was poorly drawn but obvious- ly enjoys this surface and has acclimatized well to the local conditions. The daughter of Trippi was handed a three pound penalty but she will strip fitter and has cracked a very good draw. She should handle this slight rise in class and has strong claims of following up.

Jockey: MJ BYLEVELD - Trainer: Vaughan MARSHALL

TUVANO was an impressive maiden winner over nine furlongs on the turf track on the first day of this season. He then had three satisfactory performances against stronger in the Cape and should have finished closer last time out. He was dropped a handy two pounds in his rating since and can stake a serious claim in this weak field. Of course, much depends on how he handles this surface but his good draw is a major plus.

Jockey: Karl ZECHNER - Trainer: Mitchell WIESE

A classy field of a dozen entrants lines-up for this Non-Black type contest and an exciting finish could be on the cards. SILENT PARTNER is ultra-consistent and versatile and he gets the verdict. The son of Silvano has done well on this surface and he almost caused a big upset when he was outrun late in the Algoa Cup over ten furlongs, recently. The drop in distance is no issue and he merits healthy respect.
