Jockey: Anthony DELPECH - Trainer: Robbie HILL

GLINKA was disappointing when he perhaps suffered a setback after his last outing. He has been out of action for 34 weeks since but showed promise in his two previous attempts and the form of his last run has worked out extremely well. His yard has continued their good form and this son of St Petersburg would have strengthened during the rest. He has lots of scope for improvement and could prefer racing on this forgiving track. The engaging of Delpech suggests that his conditioner will have him fit and he should go close, if suited by blinkers.

Jockey: Anthony DELPECH - Trainer: Mike DE KOCK

WHITE CHRISTMAS drifted slightly in betting market but still produced a fair debut over six furlongs on this track, recently. The Mike de Kock inmate was beaten just over six lengths by a smart sort on that occasion but the experience would have brought him on. The 3rd placed finisher franked that form with a subsequent victory but the well-related son of Right Approach has another wide draw to overcome However, this extra furlong will suit him well and he should build on that debut outing.

Jockey: Anthony DELPECH - Trainer: Mike DE KOCK

CHAMAYLEE has improvement immensely with each of her three starts. She debuted well on the turf last time when she finished strongly and was only denied victory by a fast diminishing neck over seven furlongs, that day. She won't benefit from a 4kgs apprentice claim this time around but is bred to relish the mile and she gets the expert services of Delpech. The daughter of Tiger Ridge is drawn at gate 6 and she had a decent penultimate run on the polytrack.

Jockey: Donovan DILLON - Trainer: Yogas GOVENDER

PROF TIGER has taken well to the polytrack and he produced two promising comeback runs over this c & d He ran on well for 2nd behind a highly rated sort despite being slow into stride last time and will now have his third run after a break. His wide barrier isn't a major issue and he should be competitive.

Jockey: Stuart RANDOLPH - Trainer: Duncan HOWELLS

JAMBOREE quickly put a disappointing penultimate start behind her when she finished well for 4th, beaten just under two lengths by MUTTLY over this c & d, three weeks ago. Quite frankly, the daughter of Black Minnaloushe should have finished closer but for being baulked at crucial stages. She is now 2kgs better off with her conqueror and can stake a serious claim from a much better draw.
