Bayern Munich can clinch the Bundesliga title in front of their supporters if they beat Monchengladbach at the Allianz Arena this weekend. Despite yet another resounding victory for Dortmund over the past week, there is little else the Westfalians can do to prevent Munich marching to a fourth consecutive title.

Leverkusen remain in the driving seat to claim the remaining automatic Champions League qualification spot while Hertha Berlin’s poor recent form has left the club scrapping for their place in the top four.

FRIDAY 29 APRIL

Augsburg 12/10  | Draw 24/10 | Cologne 22/10

Augsburg’s fantastic recent run of three victories has all but secured safety for a club that will be somewhat disappointed with the way that the season has transpired. Last term Augsburg earned themselves a place in the Europa League, which seems to have taken its toll in a largely dismal 2015/16. A five-point cushion over the relegation zone will probably be enough to ensure that Augsburg remains in the top flight. Cologne made sure of their place in the Bundesliga next season with a 4-1 win over Darmstadt. Eighth on the table, it’s still not impossible for Cologne to sneak into the Europa League should they keep collecting maximum points. However, the home win looks the bet to be on at 12/10.

SATURDAY 30 APRIL

Bayern Munich 4/10 | Draw 4/1 | Monchengladbach 55/10

Bayern Munich’s leisurely 2-0 win over Hertha Berlin last weekend was yet another example of the club’s utter dominance in this league. Despite the Bavarians dominating German football for ages, Bayern have never won four titles on the trot. Three points this week would secure their 25th Bundesliga title and create history. However, they do come up against one of only two teams to have beaten them in the league this year. Monchengladbach stunned the champions with a 3-1 victory in the reverse fixture and come into this clash on the back of a win by the same scoreline against Hoffenheim. Yet prior to last weekend, Gladbach were beaten twice by relatively tame opposition. Back Bayern Munich to secure the title on the Halftime-Fulltime Double at 19/20.

Dortmund 4/10  | Draw 4/1 | Wolfsburg 13/2

Thomas Tuchel’s charges dominated their match with Stuttgart to pick up their third 3-0 league victory in a row following their Europa League collapse against Liverpool. Even with a shuffled line-up, Dortmund seemingly lost none of their quality. Although there is probably little the club can do to catch Bayern Munich, the 20-point gap between the Westfalians and the chasing pack is significant. Wolfsburg have been awful recently and their hopes of qualifying for Europe were all but ended by Augsburg at the weekend. It seems that following their Champions League exit at the hands of Real Madrid, the club has little to play for. Back the Dortmund win at 9/20.

Hannover 3/1 | Draw 28/10 | Schalke 8/10

Rock-bottom Hannover hit back from two goals down to draw with Ingolstadt and remain unbeaten for three straight matches. However, it’s all too little too late with matches running out, nine points between themselves and the relegation playoff spot and a fixture with Bayern Munich to come. Indeed, they’ll struggle to get the better of travelling side Schalke this weekend. Schalke gave up a two-goal lead to lost 3-2 against a Leverkusen side charging towards the Champions League. Schalke have lost three and draw one of their last four matches and can all but kiss the Champions League goodbye. However, with the Europa League still within reach, I’m tipping the away win here at 17/20.

Hoffenheim 19/20 | Draw 24/10 | Ingolstadt 28/10

Hoffenheim reside only three points above the relegation zone following their 3-1 loss to Monchengladbach last weekend. The loss ended a run of five matches unbeaten, four of them wins. Clearly there is a real belief in the camp that they can avoid the drop. Ingolstadt made certain of their place in the top flight next term with a 2-2 draw. The formerly promoted club took an early two-goal lead but then lost Romain Bregerie to a red card. With little to play for, perhaps they can afford to take their foot off the gas. Back the home win at just below even money.

Mainz 8/10 | Draw 27/10 | Hamburg 32/10

Mainz conceded late to lose on the road to Frankfurt in their last outing. The home side have struggled for form of late yet still remain in the Europa League places, for now. They’ve only picked up one win in their last seven matches and cannot seem to replicate the type of performance that saw them beat Bayern Munich earlier this season. Hamburg held on for an extremely valuable 2-1 victory over relegation rivals Werder Bremen last weekend and now require just one more win to ensure their place in the top flight next term. They’ve won three of their last seven matches and will be intent on getting something from this trip to Mainz. The away Win/Draw Double Chance is the tip at 9/10.

Darmstadt 14/10 | Draw 23/10 | Eintracht Frankfurt 39/20

Darmstadt were soundly beaten 4-1 by Cologne in their last outing and still have quite some work to do to ensure safety from the drop. The club has a four-point cushion yet that could disappear unless they rediscover their form from a couple of weeks back. This is a crucial clash against a Frankfurt side seemingly unable to dig themselves out of the basement. A last-minute win over Mainz last weekend puts the club just a point behind Werder Bremen and three points shy of safety. Anything can happen in this fixture and I’m tipping Both Teams To Score 15/20.

Bayer Leverkusen 6/10 | Draw 29/10 | Hertha Berlin 17/4

Leverkusen fought back from two goals down to get the best of Schalke on the road last weekend. The victory stretched their advantage in third place to five points ahead of trailing Hertha Berlin, avoiding a tricky early season Champions League qualifier the incentive for ensuring that they’re not caught. Leverkusen scored three times in six minutes to shock Schalke and will fancy their chances against a Berlin side in awful form. They’ve lost four and drawn one of their last five matches and the Old Lady, after such an incredible season, seem to be losing the bottle to challenge for a place in Europe’s elite. The home win must be backed here at 6/10.

MONDAY 2 MAY

Werder Bremen 12/10  | Draw 11/4 | Stuttgart 39/20

Werder Bremen missed a costly penalty that prevented the club from picking up a valuable point on the road at Hamburg. Bremen reside in the relegation playoff spot, third-from-last, and have only managed one win from their past seven league matches, with one draw. It will likely take something special to keep them safe this season. Stuttgart are in equally troubled waters. Stuttgart are just two points above Werder Bremen and the drop zone with plenty of work still to do to ensure their safety. Only two draws from their past six matches shows the lack of form in which Stuttgart enter this tricky fixture. A tough call, but Both Teams To Score seems the safe bet at 4/10.
