Where The Money Was At

A-review-of-Hollywoodbets-writer's-tips
Another enthralling weekend of sporting action has just passed and for some, it was an extremely profitable one.

We’ve decided to take a look back at the past weekend’s action and see which of our tipsters were on the mark and who was off the boil!

Cycling
Our in-house cycling guru rounded out his Tour de France campaign with another massive priced tip coming in! Jason tipped 22/1 shot Romain Bardet, and would you know it, the Frenchman came in!

Jason ended his Tour de France tipping spree 32 units up, which means if you had put 100 Rand on each of his tips you would have walked away 3200 Rand up!!!! Make sure you keep an eye out for his previews for the road and time trial Olympic events!

Golf
It was another weekend to forget for our golf scribe as all five of his tips failed to make a mark at the Canadian open. It was a bit of a strange event with Venezuelan Jhontattan Vegas blowing the field away by posting an eight under 64 during his final round.

Commodore Vegas reckons his form will soon return though, so make sure you keep an eye out for his PGA Championship preview this week!

Horse Racing
Our racing tipster eMeM had another weekend remember going 2/5 at Saturday’s Kenilworth, 3/5 at Saturday’s Scottsville meet and 4/5 at Sunday’s Turffontein meet.

He’s had a brilliant month so far finding some big priced winners. Make sure you check out his daily tips which can be found under the horse racing tab on our blog!

Rugby
Our rugby scribe returned to form this week going four from four with his Super Rugby quarter-final tips. He is a bit disappointed, however, as he tipped the Chiefs on a straight win due to poor weather being forecast for Cape Town on Saturday. The men from Waikato absolutely hammered their opponents this which has left Darry regretting not tipping them to clear the margin.

He’s proved to be rather lethal with his Super Rugby knockout tips going four from five last year and now going four from four in this year’s quarters. Make sure you keep a look out for his two semi-final previews that will go up on the blog this Wednesday.
