View the final field and betting for the Grade 1 Woolavington 2000 at Greyville this Saturday 3 June 2017.
The final field for the Woolavington 2000 has been announced. This race for 3-year-old fillies, along with the Daily News 2000, has always been an early indicator for who will be a big runner on Vodacom Durban July day. ORCHID ISLAND from the Mike de Kock yard will look to add another Grade 1 on top of her SA Fillies Classic win early in the year., while the Sean Tarry-trained SAFE HARBOUR will look to better her 2nd place in that same race.
Magic Tips from Winning Form provides a short preview on this Grade 1, as well as his predicted finish. View the full field for the Woolavington 2000 and betting courtesy of Hollywoodbets below.

Magic Tips Preview
An intriguing renewal of this Grade 1 contest and in the absence of a natural pacesetter things should get really interesting but the Cape visitors are still expected to dominate.
The well-related bay filly EPONA has probably had a rushed prep but she has tons of ability and the likely sedate gallop should suit her perfectly.
She made a belated local debut after being withdrawn when carded to race on 23/04 as she didn’t eat up but there were no signs of fatigue as she impressively beat a quality field under a big mass over this trip on the polytrack two weeks ago.
That run would have brought the daughter of Silvano on immensely and she will be fitter today.
The mere fact that Marcus has preferred her to recent Oaks winner WIND CHILL speaks volumes for her class.
WIND CHILL was given a great ride to win that last start but has much more to do here.
GIMME SIX has improved rapidly since arriving in the province and the recent Guineas winner is seeking a hat-trick of feature wins.
She also won’t mind a pedestrian gallop in her first try over ten furlongs. The Snaith inmate has drawn best of all.
LADY OF THE HOUSE & AL DANZA are decent types who could be involved if dictating terms with their top jocks.
