Johann Ackermann will be desperate to get his side into the semi-finals. They currently sit three points behind the fourth-placed London Wasps and the third-placed Leicester Tigers. They face a tricky final two games of the regular season with a home fixture against Bath and an away date with Saracens still to come. As such, they simply have to pick up the win here.

The 'Cherry and Whites' have struggled domestically of late, only winning one of their last four fixtures. They did manage a creditable 25-25 away draw with Wasps during this sequence, however.

While Gloucester are still hunting domestic glory, 'Quins will be looking to maintain their European status. If they are to do this, they will need to start bagging points at a rapid rate as they are currently quite a few points off the pace.

Like Gloucester, 'Quins head into this one in rather shabby form having lost three of their last four fixtures. They also head into this one off the back of an extremely embarrassing 5-35 home loss to cellar-dwellers, London Irish.

Verdict: Gloucester 1/6
The Cherry and Whites should have no troubles beating a 'Quins side that has struggled on the road this term.
