5 Football Talking Points from the Weekend

With the majority of the football leagues concluded, we take a look at the five talking points from this weekend in football.

1. Coutinho's hat-trick not enough

Emmanuel Boateng scored a hat-trick as Levante ended Barcelona's unbeaten run in La Liga. Barcelona were two games away from making history - but it wasn't to be as they were down 5 -  1 at one stage in the 56th minute, but clawed their way back to 5 - 4 after Luis Saurez scored a penalty in the 71st minute. But Levante held on to earn their fifth win in their last five matches.

Messi's absence was clearly felt as Barcelona had a poor performance away from home.
