Race 1
PRIVATE AGENT won by an impressive 4.5L on debut over five furlongs. He went from gun to tape that day, so his wide draw should not be an issue here. MRS MAISEL stayed on when finishing half a length behind the winner last time out over five furlongs and should enjoy the extra distance. He attracted plenty of betting support that day and he will be looking to make amends this time out. MR MOPPETT won over five furlongs at the second time of asking and has cracked pole position. He should be involved in the finish. ANOTHER ONE makes his debut, but he won his only barrier trial by nearly four lengths. Any betting support for him should be respected.

Race 2
JUST BUSINESS showed the expected improvement second time out when returning from a 24-week break. He steps up in trip, but from draw two, he should be right up there when they hit the line. CERTAIN SHAFT, on the other hand, has the widest draw of them all. He was a tad disappointing last time out when coming on the scene too late over six furlongs. On that run, the extra ground will be to his liking. YOUR EYES ONLY was not too far back last time out when returning from 21 weeks off the track. He would have come on since then and should be considered in this line-up. POST FREE is a 3yr old filly taking on the boys, but she finished third last time out over a mile and could do better over seven furlongs.

Race 3
RENT A ROCK finished close up last time out when stepping up to 1900M and should have no issue going the extra ground here. RIVER OF GOLD is a 4yr old filly taking on males, but she had a solid run over nine furlongs in her last outing and did record a victory over this c&d three runs back. SHE'S A TREASURE is a 5yr old mare who finished second last time out over a mile. If taking to the extra trip, she should be respected here. MOHICAN followed up his last win over a mile with a fair effort next time out over 1900M. He should not be overlooked in this field.

Race 4
With the scratching of the original favourite, the race has been thrown wide open and some caution is advised. The weak first choice goes to FAT GECKO who has only had the two starts but showed some improvement last time out over the c&d. COPS AND ROBBERS has made good improvement in his last two outings and if he has continued down that same path, he could rival the former. GLORIOUS DREAM is a 3yr old filly taking on the boys, but she has also only had the two runs to date and showed the expected improvement last time out over this distance. She has a wide draw to negotiate, but she should be right up there in the dash down to the wire. LUBERON is another 3yr old filly who has shown gradual improvement in each of her last three runs.

Race 5
YOUSAY BOLT is a 5yr old mare taking on males. She did not seem to quite see out the nine furlongs last time out and drops back to the mile where she posted a solid effort in her penultimate start. From pole position, she looks to be the one to side with here. MY BLUE JEANS won well last time out over seven furlongs. If taking to the extra ground, he should be right up there in the mix. EL COYOTE showed marked improvement in his last run over seven furlongs when just 0.8L behind the winner. He has a wide draw to overcome, but he should not be ignored here. SUBURBIA was not too far back in his last outing over 1500M and was only beaten a head in his penultimate start over a mile.

Race 6
JODHPUR has consistent formlines to his name and was just beaten a length last time out over six furlongs. He returns to seven furlongs where he finished second three runs back. BELL'S INNOCENT missed out on his hat-trick last time out when just 2.2L behind the winner. He has a wide draw to beat, but he will be hoping to get back to winning ways today. SHELBY SIXTYSIX won his maiden race last time out over six furlongs and although he takes on stronger here, he should still be considered for all bets. NOBLE BELLA is a 3yr old filly taking on the boys, but she won her last outing over six furlongs and was only touched off by a head three runs back over this distance.

Race 7
LORD VON COSTA returns from a 14-week rest, but put up a solid barrier trial to prove his well-being.  His form over this trip before the break was solid and he must be one of the leading contenders here. SOUTHERN LAD is another who returns from a break, this time from a 13-week rest. He drops back from the seven furlongs of his last outing to the six furlongs, over which he won his penultimate start. He has had two encouraging barrier trials and could be the biggest threat to the former. ANOTHER SIN is seldom too far off the action and is likely to turn in another honest performance today. MOUNT HOREB showed good improvement to win his last outing over 1100M and should have no issue going the extra distance.

Race 8
YOUR KNUCKLESHIP has consistent form to his name and was only beaten a head last time out over this c&d. He is drawn in barrier eleven, but he should use his early gate speed to get across without using up too much energy. EXOTIC DEEL, on the other hand, will jump from gate three. She is a 3yr old filly taking on males and does step up to a mile, but she got going too late last time out over seven furlongs and is sure to enjoy going the extra ground. SMART AIN’T HE showed marked improvement last time out when going the mile and if he can confirm that effort, he should be right up there when they hit the line. LANDSTRASSE has his peak run today. He has been making steady improvement last time out when 2.2L behind over a mile and if he continues that progress, he should be involved in the finish here.
