Race 7.
HUNGRY HEART has finished second in her last three runs, all of which were Group races. She was bumped at the 1300M mark before hitting the front at the 120M mark, only to be run out of it very late to suffer a head defeat last time out in a Group 1 event over this mile journey. She has a handy draw three and will get a set of blinkers fitted for the first time today. If these have the desired effect, she could be the one that they all have to beat. INSTANT CELEBRITY has won all of her four starts to date, the latest when a head winner over seven furlongs in a Group 2 race. She has a wide draw of nine, but she stayed on well for that last victory and is likely to be doing her best work late. VANGELIC has finished third in her last two outings, the latest when a neck back over this trip in a Group 1 race. She is drawn one outside the latter, but she tried to go from jump to wire that day, so this may not be such an issue.

Race 8.
OLE KIRK was bumped at the start before recovering well to finish strongly to win his last start over seven furlongs by a head in a Group 1 event. He steps up in distance today, but the manner in which he finished off his last outing would suggest that this is well within his capabilities. Although TAGALOA is recorded as finishing sixth last time out over seven furlongs, he was just 1.8L behind the winner in a Group 1 race. He was making good late progress that day and from a kinder gate three, he could well emerge as the biggest danger to the top choice. CROSSHAVEN goes for his hat-trick after winning his last race over seven furlongs in Group 3 company by nearly two lengths. He finished strongly that day and whilst he will have to negotiate the widest draw of them all in gate fifteen, he is likely to be dropped out of the race early and should be picking off the frontrunners in the dash down to the wire.

Race 9.
JUNIPAL put nearly four lengths between himself and the opposition when winning his last outing over 1700M. He hit the front at the 300M that day and was never sighted from then on. The gelding faces draw nine, but he should be right up there when the hit the line. SUPERSTORM finished well to be two lengths behind the victor last time out over ten furlongs in a Group 1 race. He will have to overcome a wider gate thirteen, but nevertheless, he should still be involved in the finish today. BUFFALO RIVER missed out on his hat-trick when finishing second in his last start over seven furlongs, just a half length off the winner. He was returning from a 21 week break that day and from draw five, he should be included in all bets. I AM SUPERMAN on the other hand will attempt his trio of wins today after winning his last outing in a Group 2 race over 1500M by just over a length. He stayed on strongly in that run and has his peak outing here after returning from a 22 week absence. He should not be overlooked in what appears to be a wide-open contest.

Race 10.
ORDEROFTHEGARTER finished powerfully to win a Group 3 race going away last time out over ten furlongs. On that effort, he should have no issue with the extra distance. He renews his rivalry with both IN GOOD HEALTH and GALLIC CHIEFTAIN who both finished behind him that day. The former is a 5yr old mare taking on the boys, but she missed out on her hat-trick that day when finishing fourth, 1.6L behind the top choice, but she is 1.5kgs better off at today’s weights which should bring the pair closer together. She is drawn in gate two as opposed to gate four of the top pick, so neither will have too much of an advantage in that regard. The same comment can’t be said for the latter as he is drawn wide out at gate ten. He was 4.6L behind the top selection that day, but will face him on 2kgs better terms here. He will also have the blinkers re-fitted and if this move has the desired effect, he could have a say here.

Race 6.
With the late scratching of one of his main rivals, the way may have been cleared for ANCESTRY to record his sixth career victory and he is taken to be the best bet on the days card. He won his last start over six furlongs by nearly two lengths when returning from a 20 week break. He had completed a hat-trick prior to disappointing in his outing before taking that rest, which was clearly just what the gelding needed. He jumps from a handy gate three and could prove difficult to topple here. KALKARNI ROYALE is a 4yr old filly taking on the boys. She tried to go from start to finish before ending up in fourth place last time out over 1100M, just a half length behind the winner. She is sure to appreciate the drop in trip. PARSIFAL has his second run after a 21 week rest and stayed on well when finishing third in his latest outing over five furlongs. He is drawn in gate four and should be involved in the finish today.

Race 7.
GROUNDSWELL made good late progress when finishing fourth in his last start over six furlongs, two lengths off the winner. He was returning from a 21 week break that day and the form of that race has been franked. He will have to negotiate draw nine, but the extra ground on offer here should be to his liking. EASY BEAST finished second in his last outing over this c&d, one length behind the victor. He has an even wider draw of eleven, but he has his peak run here and could be the biggest danger to the top choice. GOLDIFOX is a 5yr old mare taking on males. She hit the front at the 50M mark and then stayed on strongly to record a neck victory last time out over 1300M. She has a far kinder draw five and should be right up there when they hit the line.

Race 8.
NONCONFORMIST steps up to a more suitable distance after finishing well in his last start over 1700M. He won over 2040M three runs back and has his peak run here after returning from a 24 week rest. From draw eight, he looks to be the one to side with today. SHOT OF IRISH tried to go from jump to wire before finishing second in his last outing over 1700M. He is drawn one inside the top pick and could well be looking for this greater test of stamina. DR DRILL has cracked pole position and pulled up lame in his last start over ten furlongs, but if he is able to repeat his penultimate effort over the shorter 1700M, the gelding should be a big runner in this line-up.

Race 9.
CORDILLA was denied a run at the 200M mark before finishing well last time out to be just two lengths back over the seven furlong journey. Under the circumstances, she did well to get as close to the winner as she did. She faces a wide draw eleven, but she should be right up there in the firing line. ZOUSONIC followed up her penultimate run victory over 1300M with tenth place finish next time out over seven furlongs, but just over four lengths behind the winner. She is drawn one outside the former and should be doing her best work late. LADY LOFT takes a big drop in class after finishing sixth in her last start in a Group 2 race over this distance, just under three lengths behind the winner. She is drawn in gate seven and should make her presence felt in this contest.

Race 5.
SCOTTISH SOLDIER raced four wide before finishing seventh last time out over a mile, 3.7L behind the winner, but gets a set of blinkers fitted for the first time today and if these have the desired effect, he looks to be the value bet on today’s program, despite facing a wideish draw nine. ANOTHER ARLI followed up his penultimate run victory with a sixth place finish next time out over 1500M, two and a half lengths back from the winner. He jumps from draw six and could be the biggest threat to the top choice. URBINO won his maiden race by one length last time out over seven furlongs when returning from a 23 week break. He is drawn one inside the latter and although taking on stronger here, he should be included in all bets.

Race 6.
MBAPPE is seldom far off the action and did not get the clearest of passages before ending up in third place last time out over this mile journey, just under a length behind the victor. He gets a handy draw three and is likely to turn in another honest performance today. Although SAINT AMBROSE is recorded as finishing eight in his last outing over seven furlongs, he was just 1.7L behind the winner. He was making good late progress that day and from his draw nine, he is likely to be drop out of the race in the early stages, but should be doing his best work over the latter stages of the contest. THE PREMIER was a tad disappointing when finishing six and a half lengths back last time out over 1500M, but that was his second run after a 16 week rest and he has his peak run here. From gate seven, he should not be lightly dismissed.

Race 7.
MISS ACADEMY is a 5yr old mare taking on the boys. She finished strongly when third in her last start over five furlongs, just a neck adrift of the winner. She was returning from a 27 week break that day, but has won a subsequent barrier trial since that last run. She has gate six and should give the males a good run for their money. MALZOOM had put in two solid runs prior to finishing sixth in his last outing over 1300M, just over a length and a half behind the winner. He tried to go from gun to tape that day and from a handy gate four, he may prove to be difficult to reel in the dash down to the wire. CASSY'S SISTER is a 4yr old filly who jumped awkwardly and then raced wide into the straight before finishing eleventh last time out over 1100M, 5.1L back from the winner. She will have to negotiate a wide draw thirteen, but she possesses early gate speed which she should use to move across without using up too much energy.

Race 8.
RIGHTFUL HEIR had his consistency rewarded with a comfortable 1.6L maiden win last time out over 1300M. He displayed plenty of speed to lead the field that day and then showed any amount of determination in holding off all challengers in the latter stages of the contest. The gelding jumps from draw six and is taken to be the best bet on the day’s card. HEREDERO has shown steady improvement in his last three runs, the latest when staying on well to finish second over six furlongs, just over three lengths behind the winner. He starts from one gate inside the former and is likely to enjoy going over the extra distance. MISS SCALINI is a 4yr old filly taking on males and despite recorded as finishing seventh last time out over seven furlongs, she was just 1.3L back from the winner. She had an even kinder draw of gate two and will have 3kgs taken off her back thanks to her claiming apprentice. She should be involved in the finish here.
