Scotland
Like the vast majority of sports teams around the world, the 'Scots have endured a rather odd year. They've put in some solid displays during this years 6 Nations beating Italy 0-17, France 28-17 while giving England (6-13) and Ireland (19-12) real runs for their money. Despite their decent form, the Scots are still four points off table toppers Ireland.

The 'Scots could have perhaps still been in with a sniff at the title had mecurial pivot Finn Russel and coach Gregor Townsend not fallen out earlier in the year. Had Russel been available for their early 6 Nations games then one has to think that the 'Scots may well have edged either England or Ireland.

Russel and Townsend have gotten over their spat, however, and the blonde pivot was in great form for Scotland against Georgia last weekend as he set up a number of tries including one for South African born winger Duhan van der Merve, who enjoyed an excellent debut for Scotland against the Georgians.

Wales
The Dragons haven't breathed any realy fire this year with Wayne Pivac's first season at the helm not going all too well. The former Scarlets has overseen four losses in his five games at the helm with his side's only victory coming in Round 1 of the 6 Nations where they beat Italy 42-0.

One of the aformentioned defeats came last weekend where the Dragons went down 38-21. They were made to look extremely average in that fixture, and should they produce a similar perfromance here then they will no doubt be torn apart by a Scottish backline that is loaded with talent.

Verdict: Scotland 4/10
I'm going to go the conservative route and back the 'Scots on the board. I think they are a better side than the Welsh but I'm not sure by how many points.
