Trainer Comments: Coming Soon
Jockey Comments: He needed his first two runs back and is working very well at home. The team have done well with him, getting him back to the level that he should be at and I am hoping that he reproduces the run of his last start in the Glorious Goodwood Stakes on Saturday. If he reproduces that run, he can finish in the money.
Winning Form - Magic Tips Comments: Best MR:120. Caught the eye in the final furlong last time under Khathi. Chance.

Winning Form Comments
The Cape Town Met has arrived and a competitive field of 11 runners take their place. BELGARION from the Justin Snaith stable is the first selection. He ran a creditable race when finishing third in the Grade 1 L'Ormarins Queen's Plate last time. The son of Dynasty is better suited to this type of distance. His widest draw is no concern, as he can race from any position and quicken well. He should be at peak fitness for this outing and should be the one to beat.
GOLDEN DUCAT was ridden to perfection when winning the Grade 2 Glorious Goodwood Premier Trophy. He won the Grade 1 Cape Derby over this C&D, last year. He is a versatile sort and should give the top choice a run for his money.
RAINBOW BRIDGE does not know how to run a bad race. He moved up well last time, but was caught by Jet Dark. He finished second in this race last year and will be looking to go one better here.
DO IT AGAIN caught the eye when running on from last to finish fourth in the Grade 1 L'Ormarins Queen's Plate. He gets the cheek-pieces fitted and if repeating that effort, he should be a big runner.
