Hollywoodbets Durban July 127 Campaign

Valid 18 – 21 April 2023

Customers stand a chance to win a share of 127 double tickets and a 127 Holly Top Up Voucher. To enter, customers need to sign up for a Hollywoodbets account using a specific affiliate link which will be available on various influencer and ambassador social media pages. 

1. The competition runs from 18 – 21 April 2023.
2. Customers must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
3. A person can enter by signing up for a Hollywoodbets account using a specific link which will be available on various influencer and ambassador social media pages.
4. Between 1 and 7pm on Friday, 21 April 2023, 127 winners will be selected. Winners will be announced on Hollywoodbets Durban July Ambassador’s social media page – Yezi Starr.
5. Draws to select the winners will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team members and will be supervised by an internal auditor.
6. R127 Holly Top Up voucher will be deposited in the winners Hollywoodbets account. The winners will receive their digital tickets (non-transferable/non-refundable/not for resale) for the Hollywoodbets Durban July via the email that the winner provides.
7. Hollywoodbets will not be held reliable for loss or damage of the Hollywoodbets Durban July digital tickets. Or any other third-party possessions.
8. Hollywoodbets is not liable for any travel, accommodation, food and beverage expenses.
9. Hollywoodbets Durban July tickets are not for re-sale and cannot be withdrawn.
10. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

10. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
11. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
12. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
13. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

14. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
15. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
16. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
17. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
18. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
19. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
20. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy and not by Facebook.
