29 winners stand a chance to win 29x their deposit in cash into their Hollywoodbets account.
1. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
2. The Prize is 29x the amount deposited into the winning clients Hollywoodbets account.
3. The minimum deposit to qualify for the draw is R100 and the maximum deposit to qualify is R500 in a single deposit.
4. The minimum a client can win is R2 900 and the maximum win amount a client can win is R14 500.
5. The campaign would run from 21st of February till the 28th of February 2024.
6. To qualify, new clients would need to successfully register a Hollywoodbets account and deposit R100 to R500 into their account. Existing clients would need to deposit between R100 to R500 to qualify for the campaign.
7. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries.
8. Entries are not limited. Every qualifying deposit will be an additional entry.
9. Draws will be conducted by a Hollywood Bets Team support member and overseen by an internal auditor to ensure that the process is fair and transparent.
10. Winners will be announced on the 29th of February 2024.
11. The cash prizes will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets accounts, and it may be withdrawn.
12. All winners of the cash prizes will be notified via SMS/push message on our website.
13. If the participant’s winnings are not credited within 24 hours, the participant must send an email to [email protected] with “Leap Year Deposit Campaign” in the subject line, along with their Hollywoodbets account number, the method of depositing, and the amount deposited.
14. In the event of a dispute, individuals should consult the company’s general terms and conditions paragraph 2.19, entitled “Dispute Resolution.”
15. By entering the competition, you agree:
• that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition.
• to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners; and to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
16. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy.
17. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
18. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
19. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
20. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
