EXIT HERE has shown plenty of promise in his two starts and he finished well for 2nd behind an unbeat- en sort in a feature over this trip on the grass, second time out. The Jay Peg colt had a smart debut on this surface prior to that and he takes a big drop to maiden company. His wide draw could help him stay out of the kickback and the Charles Laird inmate should take a power of beating.
Race 4: CALL ME MAYBE(1)
Jockey: Anton MARCUS – Trainer: Garth PULLER
CALL ME MAYBE is a smart three-year old who drops in class and she could be a major force in this weaker field, despite her deserved big mass. The wide draws eventually told on her in her last two runs but she produced classy back-to-back victories on this surface, earlier this year. The daughter of Fort Beluga was recently docked three pounds in her rating and she will be a huge contender from her good draw.
Race 8: DARK AVENGER(1)
Jockey: Anton MARCUS – Trainer: Alyson WRIGHT
DARK AVENGER clearly prefers racing without blinkers and he fought on strongly for a close 2nd over seven furlongs on the grass, seven weeks ago. He has done well up to a mile and his pedigree suggests that he should relish this trip. Anton Marcus retains the ride on the son of Western Winter who should take a power of beating, if handling this surface.
Race 9: DUCHESS KATE(1)
Jockey: Muzi YENI – Trainer: Duncan HOWELLS
DUCHESS KATE has the best credentials, having finished runner-up in her last three outings. She ran on late over 2400m against male rivals last time out and now faces her own sex. The drop in distance will be ideal but the obvious worry is how she will handle this surface.

Race 6: LEGEND FIGHTER(4) (Each Way)
Jockey: Ryan MUNGER – Trainer: Dennis DRIER
The Dennis Drier yard is well represented in this apprentice handicap and LEGEND FIGHTER could get his career back on track. The well-related Dynasty gelding has shown smart ability on this surface and is at his best when sprinting which explains his two mile performances. He had excuses on the grass in a decent field last time but will be an entirely different proposition over what seems to be his best c & d. He would have benefitted from the eleven week absence and is well drawn.
