The daughter of Silvano won her only start under Warren Kennedy. She returns from a 16-week break today, which may have done her the world of good. If jumping on terms, she should take a power of beating.

SOLDIER ON won a good race over a mile on the Standside course last time. He lost a length at the start that day, but won going away. 4kgs claiming apprentice Philasande Mxoli retains the ride this afternoon and the pair should notch up the double.

PUTINS PROMISE has finished second in his last three starts under Craig Zackey. He got going too late over six furlongs last time and will enjoy the extra 250m on offer today. From his good draw of four, he can get back to winning ways.
Race 8: PALACE ASSEMBLY (1)

PALACE ASSEMBLY took on stronger company in his last start and was far from disgraced. The manner in which he stayed on at the finish that day was encouraging. He has finished second twice from three starts on this course. From his good draw of three, he should be the one to beat.
