The tournament has so far proven quite unpredictable, and while that could persist, it is expected that things will settle into some sort of pattern soon.

Punjab Kings vs Sunrisers Hyderabad | 21 April 2021 | 12:00

To Win Match
Kings 82/100
Tie 25/1
Sunrisers

The Punjab Kings may be playing under a new name, but they find themselves in a familiar position after an indifferent start.

The only team with a worse start to the campaign is their opponents on Wednesday, the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Loaded with top talents, the Sunrisers just haven’t clicked and have suffered due to a lack of form from master blaster David Warner.

KL Rahul’s failure to get going is seen as central to the problems plaguing the Punjab Kings, who will also hope Chris Gayle will come to the party sooner rather than later.

Verdict: Punjab Kings 82/100
Back the Kings to inflict a fourth straight defeat on Sunrisers.

Kolkata Knight Riders vs Chennai Super Kings | 21 April 2021 |  16:00

To Win Match
Knight Riders 21/20
Tie 25/1
Super Kings 82/100

The Kolkata Knight Riders started the tournament well but haven’t been able to string performances together to put log points on the board.

Chennai Super Kings look like the IPL’s grinders in 2021, which is an upgrade on their poor showing in 2020.

CSK lean heavily on their experienced players, who all have terrific pedigree in the competition, although Moeen Ali has turned up to play as a new recruit.

KKR need game-breakers Eoin Morgan and Andre Russell to get going if they are to mount a playoff charge.

Verdict: Chennai Super Kings
The Super Kings are favourites heading into this fixture, and for good reason. Get on at 82/100.

Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Rajasthan Royals | 22 April 2021 |  16:00

To Win Match
Royal Challengers 62/100
Tie 25/1
Royals 27/20

The Royal Challengers Bangalore come into this match as the last team to remain unbeaten and the form side of the IPL.

The Rajasthan Royals will be grateful for having Jos Buttler available as they seek to nail down their best XI.

Glenn Maxwell has slotted into the RCB top order seamlessly dovetailing with superstars AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli.

David Miller will want to carry on his excellent domestic form for the Hollywoodbets Dolphins in the Royals purple in the Indian Premier League while he has an opportunity to impress.

Punjab Kings vs Mumbai Indians | 23 April 2021  16:00

To Win Match *betting TBA
Kings
Tie 25/1
Indians

The Kings and Mumbai Indians are in action twice this week having turned out on Monday and Tuesday and round things off for the week in Chennai.

Neither side has had to travel, though, which means both will have a degree of familiarity with the ground and conditions.

Mumbai bounced back from a poor start and look to once again be one of the main contenders. Their big find has been young South African quick Marco Jansen.

The Punjab Kings must find some winning form or face becoming also-rans yet again.

Verdict: Mumbai Indians
The Indians have started the tournament well and are tipped
