The Indian Premier League continues to build to what promises to be a thrilling conclusion, with most teams still in the running for the knockouts. It is crunch time for the teams slightly off the pace with four franchises on eight points after ten matches.

Rajasthan Royals vs Royal Challengers Bangalore | 29 September | Dubai International Stadium| 16:00

To Win Match

Royals 5/4
Tie 25/1
Royal Challengers 67/100

The Royals had their momentum snapped by the resurgence of the Sunrisers last time out and now face an RCB side coming off a big win.

Glenn Maxwell stamped his authority on the IPL with a fine fifty as the Royal Challengers got the campaign back on track.

Royals skipper Sanju Samson was in fine form but couldn’t do enough to guarantee his side a win as their finish let them down.

Both sides are capable of brilliance but have been inconsistent throughout the tournament.

Verdict: Royal Challengers Bangalore 67/100

I just can’t look past the Royal Challengers here at 67/100.

Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Chennai Super Kings | 30 September | Sharjah Cricket Stadium | 16:00

To Win Match

Sunrisers 31/20
Tie 25/1
Super Kings 52/100

Jason Roy got off to a flying start and has re-energised the Sunrisers, who retain an outside shot of making it to the knockout stages.

The Chennai Super Kings are flying high and since the restart have looked every bit IPL title contenders.

CSK can clinch a place in the playoffs with a victory over the Sunrisers on Thursday.

Ruturaj Gaikwad has been one of the finds of the IPL and has backed up his breakout performance with consistent run-getting for CSK.

Verdict: Chennai Super Kings 52/100

The Chennai outfit look unstoppable at the moment and should be far too good for an improving Sunrisers outfit.

Kolkata Knight Riders vs Punjab Kings |1 October | Dubai International Stadium| 16:00

To Win Match *betting TBA

Knight Riders
Tie
Kings

Kolkata Knight Riders fell just short yet again last time out, and they will want to shake the tag of being the nearly-men of the 2021 IPL.

The Punjab Kings are close to KKR on the table adding extra significance to this match as the playoff race shapes up to be a very open affair.

Aiden Markram has added stability to the Kings’ top order, and his ability to keep the scoreboard ticking over could make a big difference to this side.

Last time out Dinesh Karthik showed that he still has what it takes to make an impact for KKR, in a star-studded batting lineup.

Verdict: Kolkata Knight Riders

Back the Knight Riders here.
