Double Your Deposit Competition

22 October 2021 – 5 November 2021

1. The Double Your Deposit Competition (“the Competition”) runs from 22 October 2021 to 5 November 2021 (“the promotional period”).
2. In order to participate in the Competition, contestants must make a deposit with a minimum value of R100 on any of the Hollywoodbets website platforms into their Hollywoodbets online account by using the OWNPAY Platform during the promotional period (“qualifying deposit”).
3. Twenty winners will be selected at the end of each week of the promotional period to win a cash prize equal to double the value of their deposit, with a maximum prize of R500 (“the prize”). If the value of the deposit is greater than R250, a maximum of R500 may be won. In total, there will be forty prizes to be won over the 14 days of the promotional period.
4. The prize will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets account. The prize can be used as a betting voucher to take bets or can be withdrawn.
5. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all qualifying deposits made in each week of the promotional period.
6. The draws will take place on 30 October 2021 and 6 November 2021 following the conclusion of a full week of the promotional period. The winners will be contacted on the days of the draws.
7. An unlimited number of deposits with a minimum value of R100 each can be made during the promotional period in order to qualify for a prize. Participants cannot qualify for more than one prize during the promotional period.
8. The winners will be notified via SMS.
9. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Competition.
10. The Competition is valid for all Hollywoodbets customers who hold an online betting account.
11. There are no entry fees to participate in this Competition.
12. By entering the Competition, you agree:
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition, Hollywoodbets Privacy Notice can be found here – https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy; and
    2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets sponsors and partners.
13. It is the responsibility of the contestant to ensure that their deposit is received by OWNPAY prior to the end of the promotional period. Any deposits that are not received during the promotional period will not be considered a qualifying deposit.
14. The prize is not transferable and they may not be changed or exchanged in any part.
15. OWNPAY will provide Hollywoodbets with the selected winner’s transaction ID. Hollywoodbets will then retrieve the winner’s contact details associated with the transaction ID in order to inform the individual of their winnings.
16. Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY reserve the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be noted.
17. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
18. Hollywoodbets, OWNPAY and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets, OWNPAY or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets, OWNPAY or its authorised agents.
19. Every contestant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
20. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the contestant, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
22. Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY do not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implied, as to a prize, and in particular, but without limitation, makes no representations and gives no warranty that a contestants entry or participation in the Competition will necessarily result in such contestant winning a prize or that a prize, or any aspect thereof, will meet a contestants requirements, preferences, standards or expectation.
