Evo – Mania National Campaign-Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize includes:
• A share of R1 000 000 in cash prizes.
• 780 lucky winners will each win themselves R1 000 in cash prizes which will be deposited into their Hollywoodbets account (weekly draws do not affect the main prize)
2. Main Prizes
• Grand prize winners will be announced at the end of the promo period.
1. 1st Prize – 1 x R1 000 000 towards a house.
2. 2nd Prize – 1 x Home Makeover valued at R150 000.
3. 3rd Prize – 1 x Cash prize R50 000.

3. Cash prize winners will be notified weekly via push notification (amounts above R5000 will be notified via call) and the main prize winners will be notified at the end of the promo via a phone call, supervised by an auditor.
4. The campaign will run from the 01 to the 30th of November 2024
5. To qualify, participants will be required to spend up to R100 or more accumulatively on selected Evolution Slots and Live Casino games.

7. Only bets taken on the above games will qualify for a manual draw.
8. Entries are not limited. Every qualifying bet will be an additional entry.
9. CASH PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Customers are not restricted as to how many cash prizes they can win for the duration of the promotion but can only win once per a draw.
10. MAIN PRIZES RESTRICTION: Customers are only allowed to win 1 of the main prizes in the main draw for the R1m towards a house and cash prizes.
11. There will be a total of 780 winners for the weekly cash prizes and 1 winner for the R1m towards a house.
12. The weekly cash prizes will be based on a manual draw conducted daily, excluding weekends. Break-down below:

13. Winners for the main prizes will be notified on these dates:
• 02nd December 2024
14. Announcement of winners will be conducted by a Hollywoodbets Team support member and overseen by an Auditor to ensure that the process is fair and transparent.

15. Should the home winner be unreachable within 3 days via telephone, SMS, push notification or email, then the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be redrawn.

16. One (1) Winner will be randomly selected for R1m towards a house.

17. Winner will be requested to share the following details: Name, surname, contact and
banking details.
 To claim the Prize, the Winner must provide Hollywoodbets with a certified copy of
their valid South African ID or permanent residency permit, failing which the
selected Winner will forfeit the Prize.
18. The Winner can select Prize fulfilment in one of the following ways:
 If the winner has an existing bond or home loan, Hollywoodbets will pay
R1 000 000 towards the existing bond or home loan. The winner will remain responsible for the balance of their existing bond or home loan should the Prize be less than the outstanding balance.
 If the Winner has an accepted offer to purchase at the time of the Winner’s announcement, then Hollywoodbets will pay R1 000 000 towards the purchase price. The winner will remain responsible for the balance of the accepted offer to purchase price if the purchase price is more than the Prize.
 If the Winner does not have an existing bond or home loan AND does not have an accepted offer to purchase a property, the Hollywoodbets will award the winner with the cash prize of R1 000 000.
 If the selected Winner passes the verification process and submits the required
documents stipulated in these terms and conditions, they will be declared a
Winner by the Hollywoodbets. The validity of such documentation is at the discretion
of the Hollywoodbets.
 Prize fulfilment will take place within 8 weeks from the date that the Winner is selected. Winners will be contacted by the Hollywoodbets for the Prize fulfilment.

19. Hollywoodbets does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this campaign.

20. The cash prizes will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets accounts, and it may be withdrawn

21. Winners give Hollywoodbets a consent to use their names for publicity purposes, as well as the Prize handover to be published.

22. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition.
b. to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners; and
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

24. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

25. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

26. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
