Hollywoodbets FanCam Competition– Terms and Conditions

Customers stand a chance to win 1 of 10 R200 betting vouchers.

1. To enter, supporters must upload a picture in their Hollywoodbets Sharks gear (Jersey, Hat, Scarf) to the FanCam.
2. The competition runs 09 May 2025 at the Hollywoodbets Sharks vs Ospreys game.
3. The winners will be announced 13 May 2025.
4. Customers must be over the age of 18 to participate in the campaign.
5. The draw will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office and will be facilitated by 2x Team Support members on the following dates and the below prizes will be given away:

• 13 May 2025 – 10x R200 betting vouchers.

6. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
7. The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
8. Entries are limited to the cut off time which is 22:00 on the of 09th of May 2025.
9. A participant shall not be eligible to win any prize in this competition if they have won a Hollywoodbets competition within the past three (3) months, whether or not such win occurred in the same or a different competition. 
10. The winners will be contacted telephonically or via email on the 13th of May 2025.
11. If the winner is contacted twice with no success, a new winner will be selected.
12. If the winners don’t have a Hollywoodbets account, they will have the option to open one to receive their prize.
13. The Licensee reserves the right to change competition dates during the duration of the promotion as approved by the Board.
14. By entering the competition, you agree:
    
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
    2. to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
    3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
15. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
16. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
17. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
18. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
19. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
20. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
21. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
22. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/content/3/796 and not by Facebook or X.
