TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PEP 1FORYOU SOCIAL COMPETITION

Valid between 17 – 19 September 2021.

Customers stand a chance to win 1 of 3 R200 1ForYou vouchers. Winners to be announced on 20 September 2021.

Simply fill in the missing words in the comments section on the Hollywoodbets Facebook page and stand a chance to win 1 of 3 R200 1ForYou vouchers.

1. The competition runs between 17 September – 19 September 2021 (23:59).
2. The competition closes on 19 September 2021 (23:59).
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. A person can enter by commenting on the original competition post on Facebook by filling in the missing words on the post that can be found on the Hollywoodbets page.
5. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
6. Entries are limited, their first comment will be taken as an entry anything thereafter will be null and void.
7. The 1ForYou Voucher will be paid into the winners’ Hollywoodbets accounts. If the winner does not have a Hollywoodbets account, they will be required to open one.
8. Draws to select the winners will done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team members and will be supervised by an internal auditor.
9. All winners will be announced on the day of the draw on 20 September 2021
10. The winners will be notified via Facebook inbox.
11. By entering the competition, you agree:
12. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
13. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
14. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
15. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
16. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
17. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
18. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
19. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
20. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
21. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
22. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
23. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy and not by Facebook.
