SOCIAL COMPETITION – STAND A CHANCE TO WIN 2X SHARKS MATCH DAY TICKETS, A HOLLYWOODBETS HAMPER AND A BETTING VOUCHER
VALID 21 FEBRUARY – 22 FEBRUARY 2023
Stand a chance to win 2x Sharks vs Ulster match day tickets at Hollywoodbets Kings Park, a Hollywoodbets hamper and 1x R150 Betting Voucher. Customers can enter the competition by answering the question in the comments section of the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets Facebook page. Customers need to guess which rugby player is blurred out.
1. The competition will start on 21 February 2023.
2. The competition will end on 22 February 2023.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. The prize includes 2x Sharks vs Ulster match day tickets at Hollywoodbets Kings Park, 1x pen, 1x calendar, 1x drawstring bag, 1x branded Hollywoodbets Kings Park can cooler, 1x cap, 1x R150 Betting Voucher (which cannot be withdrawn).
5. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries who have guessed who the rugby player is. The winner will be announced on 23 February 2023.
6. The winner will be liable for their own transportation and accommodation costs. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any additional costs.
7. Contestants can enter by commenting on the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets Facebook page. Customers need to guess which rugby player is blurred out.
8. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
9. Draw to select the winner will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:

10. The winner will be notified via Facebook.
11. The Betting Voucher will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets account and cannot be withdrawn. If the winner does not have a Hollywoodbets account, they will have the option to open one to receive their prize. For the other Prizes, we will arrange for delivery/collection for the winner on 24 February 2023.
12. The Betting Voucher must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
13. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b. to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
14. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
15. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
16. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
17. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users, and/or winners hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies, and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
18. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
19. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
20. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
