The solid loose forward will lead a strong Springboks team in search of their third Rugby World Cup title. Kolisi is well known for his passion on the field and is equipped with an electric amount of acceleration for a loose forward. And we saw that in his well renowned side step on Elton Jantjies in the 2016 Super Rugby season. Kolisi’s style of play includes incredible rush defence, the ability to break defense lines, run on the wing, and an excellent offload. Kolisi is the first black African player to be named captain for the Springboks and will be the first to lead the Boks into a Rugby World Cup.
