The Lions will need to bounce back from an unexpected injury time loss to the Stormers in Newlands last weekend.
The Lions conceded numerous penalties that allowed the Stormers to claw themselves back in the game, before conceding a late try under the sticks. Having led 14-6 at the break, the Lions only scored three points in the second half, leading to their demise.
The Bulls were looking to make it two from two when they travelled to Argentina, but it wasn’t to be as the Jaguares ran out victorious. The Bulls finished with a 78 percent tackle completion rate that led to their downfall. The Argentinean outfit would eventually run out comfortable 27-12 winners.
