Learn how Cash Out works.
Cash Out is an option that will be available on all Soccer bets placed through our mobisite, which will allow customers to take an early payout on their bets before they are settled.
For example: If a customer has taken a 6 leg soccer multiple and the first 5 legs have won, he/she can decide whether to cash out with the ‘Cash Out’ offer displayed online.
Cash Out Rules
• Cash Out will only be available after the first leg has resulted as winning.
• Cash Out is available on all soccer leagues and markets.
• Cash Out is not available during a match that is included in a multiple.
• Cash Out is not available for single match bets.
• Cash Out is only available on the Hollywoodbets mobisite and not website until further notice.
• The ‘Cash Out’ amount is calculated based on the current odds and is subject to change depending on when you chose to accept a ‘Cash Out’.
The Cash Out icon can be seen next to Soccer on the home page and Recent Bets/Bet History as seen below.
After the first leg has resulted, an optional Cash Out button will be available for punters to make use of, only if they choose to do so. Please see the illustration below:
Terms & Conditions
The cash out icon will only appear in Recent Bets/Bet History when your remaining legs are not in-play and have been resulted if already played.
Hollywoodbets may offer the option ‘Cash Out’ for bets placed through its online platforms. You will have the option to accept settlement of bets you have placed, before the result of the bet is determined.
The ‘Cash Out’ amount is calculated based on the current odds and is subject to change depending on when you chose to accept a ‘Cash Out’.
‘Cash Out’ gives you more control over your bets and offers an opportunity to take a return before an event has finished.
With ‘Cash Out’, you no longer have to wait for your bet to reach its natural conclusion, you can track your selections and ‘Cash Out’ at a point of your choice.
The ‘Cash Out’ functionality is available for selected multiple bets only. ‘Cash Out’ is available for a range of markets on pre-match football matches, if the bet is still running and betting is still available on every unsettled selection.
A pre-determined settlement value will be offered based upon the selections, prices taken and current status of the betting transaction. Example:
– A R50 treble is placed on West Ham, Everton, and Tottenham
– West Ham and Everton both win their 4:00pm kick-off matches and Tottenham is due to kick-off at 6.30pm.
– A ‘Cash Out’ settlement value will be offered on completion of the West Ham and Everton matches, before the kick-off of the Tottenham match providing betting is still available. The cash settlement can be redeemed immediately.
The ‘Cash Out’ settlement value is non-negotiable.
If the ‘Cash Out” settlement value changes during a settlement transaction, the transaction will not complete and a revised settlement value will be offered, which will have to be accepted before proceeding.
Where any selections are suspended or closed immediately after the customer’s request before the conclusion of the ‘Cash Out’, the ‘Cash Out’ will be blocked.
We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend ‘Cash Out’ offers without further notice.
When customers successfully ‘Cash Out’ this shall constitute a settlement of the original bet and any subsequent events will have no impact on the amount returned to your account. All ‘Cash Out’ transactions remain subject to Hollywoodbets’ standard settlement and bet acceptance rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Where an obvious pricing error, also referred to as a palpable error, occurs that selection may not be cashed out.
If the ‘Cash Out’ settlement value has been accepted in error, the ‘Cash Out’ transaction will be made void and the bet will be settled on the original bet instructions with the correct price(s) applied.
If subsequent attempts are made to place bets and ‘Cash Out’ on the same market(s) before the obvious error has been corrected then, the ‘Cash Out’ settlement value and the bet stake(s) will be made void.
In the unlikely scenario that a ‘Cash Out’ value (or a price relating to a ‘Cash Out’ value) has been incorrectly offered, Hollywoodbets reserves the right to take corrective measures to rectify such errors, including, where applicable, settling the ‘Cash Out’ request for an amount equivalent to the ‘Cash Out’ value which would have been available in the absence of such error.
If any technical issue causes an error in the calculation of pay out of a ‘Cash Out’ offer. We reserve the right to cancel the offer, or if the ‘Cash Out’ has already been paid, reclaim the payment.
If a ‘Cash Out’ is accepted by us when the result of the respective bet has already been determined, we reserve the right to void the ‘Cash Out’. We also reserve the right to void and reclaim any ‘Cash Out’ where there is indication for abuse of the ‘Cash Out’ feature.
Hollywoodbets reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a ‘Cash Out’ if the bet or a market is settled in error.
We do not guarantee the availability of ‘Cash Out’ offers for any event or betting type at any time, even if it has been offered for the same event or betting type before.
We cannot be made liable in case ‘Cash Out’ is not available for technical or any other reasons. We recommend explicitly not to place bets based on the assumption that ‘Cash Out’ will be available at a later point in time for the respective bet.
‘Cash Out’ is only available after at least one leg of a multiple bet has been played and resulted. The cancellation of a ticket before any leg has been played will be subject to the company’s bet cancellation process.
