How do I withdraw money from my account at a Hollywoodbets branch?
If you wish to withdraw money from your account, you can do so at any Hollywoodbets branch. Find your nearest Hollywoodbets branch here!
All you need to do is produce a valid ID document at the Payout section of the branch. Either a green ID book, drivers licence or passport is required. Your ID number/Passport number is required in order to process the withdrawal. Please have your Hollywoodbets account number on hand.
Please note that any amounts over R10,000 cannot be withdrawn at any Hollywoodbets branch. These amounts can and will only be paid via EFT or Bank Transfer to your bank account. Please speak to your Hollywoodbets branch manager if you need more information with regards to this.

Hi. It generally takes 24-48 hours to process unless the withdrawal has been made on a public holiday. You can also withdrawal the money in cash at any of our branches around the country.
