The three-year-old MR ROY is a classy son of Western Winter who is unbeaten from two efforts over this minimum distance. He may have some niggles but bounced back to form prior to an eleven-week break. The Alyson Wright inmate went close behind the top class London Call over six furlongs last time and he drops in class here. He jumps from a good draw and Delpech takes the mount once again.

The newcomer B TWENTY ONE is impeccably bred and the Mike de Kock inmate must be closely followed in the betting market. The three-year-old filly is a daughter of Silvano out of the top class Elliodor mare Park Lane which makes her the full-sister to six-time winner Laurie’s Gold. She jumps from gate 3 and Anthony Delpech gets the ride.

As predicted, ZAVARONI is making up for lost time and she followed up her effortless maiden victory with an equally comfortable handicap debut win over this c & d, nine days ago. She picked up a seven pound penalty for that latest but now has her third run after the layoff and clearly has plenty more to offer at this level. The daughter of National Emblem will now be partnered by Delpech.
Race 7: VOGUE IDEA(4)
VOGUE IDEA renews rivalry with CRACKPOT after the pair were soundly thrashed at this level over this c & d, three weeks ago. The former tired to finish runner-up on that occasion and had the latter just a neck further adrift. The pair meet on identical weight terms today and are well handicapped with the fancied three-year-olds.

This is a very moderate maiden fillies contest but there could be some decent value about the top selection OBLADI OBLADA from the Garth Puller yard. This daughter of Ravishing found plenty of traffic issues in soft conditions at Scottsville on debut five weeks ago and she would have come on with that experience. She has cracked a good draw and should make natural improvement.
