Moreira takes the ride and it won’t be surprising to see him record back-to-back wins.

MANAGEMENT SUPREME finished well up the rail in his last start to finish a creditable 4th. He is drawn best of all, reunites with Ho and should be one of the leading contenders. HAPPY PROFIT is drawn wide but he was narrowly beaten in his penultimate start under Purton. He is likely to settle a couple of lengths off the pacesetter and should be doing his best work late.

ZHAN JIANG ROCKS has placed in his last two outings and probably should have finished closer to the winner last time as he raced on heels at the 500m. He has cracked a neat draw and should be right there where it matters most. DREAM WARRIORS is often caught wide when jumping from this type of draw but he is a sort that will keep finding in the final furlong. If not caught too deep, he could be the one to cause an upset.
14.45 Race 4 Class 4 Handicap 1200m

RED MAJESTY reeled off the hat-trick in fine fashion last time. He is a likely frontrunner in this field and on paper could be difficult to reel in if allowed his own way in front. He is in the form of his career and gets Teetan aboard, who will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle. FORTUNE CARRIER finished runner-up in his last two starts before the season-break and from his fair stall-gate, he can go one better.
15.15 Race 5 Class 4 Handicap 1000m

The South African bred SUPER COMMANDER looked a winner in his last start before the break. He moved up with intent on that occasion and was only caught in the latter stages. Ferraris takes the ride and he can earn in first career win in Hong Kong. PARTY WARRIOR has finished runner-up in both of his career starts to date. He was narrowly beaten last time despite experiencing an awkward start and will be looking to make amends.
15.50 Race 6 Class 3 Handicap 1650m

GALLANT CROWN was given a peach of a ride to win his last start in a competitive field. He recorded back-to-back wins under Teetan last season and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. RIGHT HONOURABLE raced 5-wide into the straight last time and made steady progress on the outside of the track. He has cracked a neat draw and is capable of getting back to winning ways.

RESOLUTE won his last start well despite getting hampered in the early stages. He was forced to race three-wide on that occasion and still drew clear in the final furlong. Moreira takes the ride and the pair merit healthy respect. TELECOM SMART produced a fair effort last time despite experiencing an awkward start. He is likely to settle a few lengths off the pace and should be staying on strongly at the business end.
16.55 Race 8 Class 3 Handicap 1200m

RHAPSODY is the best bet on the card. He moved up with intent last time and looked a winner before getting caught in the shadow of the post. It is encouraging the Moreira has kept faith in the ride and the pair should be tough to beat in the lucky last. TELECOM ROCKET brings ultra-consistent form into this event. He finished well up the middle of the track last time and a repeat of that effort should see him finish in the money.
