The daughter of Trippi should have no issues with the step up to the mile. She is likely to have her own way in front from pole position and may be hard to peg back.

SECRET GIVER showed good improvement when finishing second in his last start over 1500m on this course. He raced from a handy position that day and stayed on at the finish. The son of Philanthropist will love the extra distance on offer and from his good draw of two, can go one better here.

SOCRATES showed good guts when winning his last start over 1400m on this course. He faces his toughest test to date, but has ability and can notch up his sixth career victory.

BLAZE OF SILK finished 1.3 lengths behind SHINNECOCK last time. He is 7kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. All five of his victories have come over this distance and he should be cherry-ripe. He is likely to race on the speed and may be tough to peg back.
