FAKENHAM

Race 3 No1 ALIOMAANA
Trainer: Milton Harris – Jockey: Mitchell Bastyan

ALIOMAANA’s Perth form makes her of considerable interest in this fillies’ juvenile hurdle. Having thrown away certain victory with a final flight fall, she made no mistake back in Scotland when routing her rivals by the best part of a distance in a maiden hurdle. On that evidence, she will be hard to beat.

Race 6 No6 ACHY BREAKY HEART (Nap)
Trainer: Milton Harris – Jockey: Mitchell Bastyan

This should be another for Harris, with ACHY BREAKY HEART set to counter a weights rise and complete a hat-trick. The mare landed the odds doing handstands at Plumpton last time, and while this is tougher, she should be up to it.

TAUNTON

Race 5 No13 MI LADDO
Trainer: Milton Harris – Jockey: Paddy Brennan

This stable has a few chances on the day, with MI LADDO looking dangerous with a new jockey off bottom weight in an open handicap hurdle. The grey might well have been found the perfect opportunity to open his seasonal account.

NOTTINGHAM

Race 6 No2 UBER COOL (Nap)
Trainer: Jane Chapple-Hyam – Jockey: David Egan

UBER COOL has enjoyed a light campaign and is relatively fresh for this back-end stayers’ handicap. She raised her game when returned to two miles at Ascot, and can resume winning ways.

Race 7 No4 COQUELICOT
Trainer: Anthony Honeyball – Jockey: John Egan

Listed bumper winner COQUELICOT reappears from a wind operation after a succession of good efforts in novice hurdles. Previously a three-time winner in bumpers, she has what it takes to excel on this first outing on the Flat.

KEMPTON PARK

Race 1 No7 STEELRIVER
Trainer: Michael Herrington – Jockey: Tom Eaves

Veteran STEELRIVER has troubled the judge on all but one of his five starts this year. An infrequent visitor to this course and not seen here for two years, he can give his foes plenty to think about.

Race 3 No1 GREAT HUNTER
Trainer: Saeed Bin Suroor – Jockey: Oisin Murphy

GREAT HUNTER a has a good draw from which to try to build on his very good form on the all-weather. The grey comfortably delivered at Newcastle on second start, and under the champion jockey should defy a 7lb penalty.

Race 4 No1 UNDER THE TWILIGHT (Nap)
Trainer: Tom Ward – Jockey: Richard Kingscote

UNDER THE TWILIGHT did us a favour when downing a long odds-on shot at Chelmsford. From the rail she can show that was no fluke by shrugging aside a penalty and she looks a filly to follow.
