Nottingham Best Bets
Race 2: DAL HORRISGLE (1)

The well-related DAL HORRISGLE carries a penalty for his workmanlike Wolverhampton win but has pleased his trainer in recent work suggesting he’s ready to pick up where he left off and follow up under the champion jockey.
Race 4: SUN MAIDEN (7)
Trainer: Sir Michael Stoute
Jockey: Jim Crowley
Although she hasn’t quite lived up to the reputation forged by her smart work on the home gallops, SUN MAIDEN did more than enough on her Yorkbreturn to suggest she can outclass these foes. That third placing to Lar Ti Dar happened in Group 2 company and she now drops into the Listed band, making her the Nap of the day.
Fakenham Best Bets
Race 2: REGULATION (3)
Trainer: Neil King
Jockey: Bryony Frost
The ‘Frost’ factor played a big part in REGULATION successfully switching to fences at the age of 10, the combination overcoming a hiccup with the tack before storming clear of the useful Kilcara. If in similar mood round this similarly tight track it should be a case of history repeating itself.
Race 5: COTTONVALE (1)

Jockey: Miss Isabel Williams
The strong traveling COTTONVALE keeps knocking on the door but thus is his best chance for it to open. The 8yo was unlucky to be pipped at Worcester after looking all over the winner, but happily there are no issues regarding his attitude and he’s a winner waiting to happen.
