The daughter of Atso could be very competitive in this province and she has obvious claims in this moderate field.

ROY’S AIR FORCE had an eye-catching penultimate performance over this c & d and he transferred that form to the polytrack when again finishing well to be close-up, two weeks ago. He didn’t receive any further penalty and has huge claims at this much lower level today.
Race 7: FANTASY ART(2)
FANTASY ART is his conditioner’s solitary representative on this card and the imported gelding showed good improvement when running on for 3rd in a competitive line-up on the polytrack over this trip, three weeks ago. Interestingly, he wasn’t penalized for his troubles and he had one solid effort over this track & trip. Needless to say, he should give a very good account of himself against mostly average opposition.
This is a tricky Middle Stakes which lacks a natural pacesetter and the official ratings may not be the best guide. The three-year old ROMAN EMPEROR should have gone much closer over shorter on his handicap debut recently but he hung badly over the final two furlongs. Still, he stayed on to finish just over one length adrift of his victory and the pacifiers could do the trick today. Furthermore, the inmate from the Duncan Howells yard may attempt to make all the running from the best draw and his penultimate run showed his smart turn of foot. He could certainly prove to be much better than his current rating.
