PRINCESS ANALIA impressed when she finished strongly to win a similar contest on the polytrack under a big mass recently. She was returning from a ten-week absence and may have escaped with the minimum two-pound penalty. She won her only c & d effort so is effective on the grass and can definitely follow up here.

ROYAL LIFE has loads of talent but is unfortunately plagued with injury and he returns from yet another layoff. The Dynasty gelding is unbeaten from two c & d efforts and he should give a great account of himself in this field.
Race 6: SONAR ACTIVE(6)
SONAR ACTIVE was an easy maiden winner over this c & d and he then produced two fair post maiden efforts, the latest over a mile on this track in a minor feature ten days ago. He was docked four pounds in his rating after that last outing and he should go very well in this lesser company. The bay colt gets the services of a red-hot jockey.

Jockey: S VEALE – Trainer: D DRIER
The Dennis Drier yard has a decent hand in this competitive six-furlong sprint where riding engagement indicate that OBVIOUS CHILD could be the right one. This bay gelding was unfancied when he wasn’t beaten far on his fair debut over this c & d in soft conditions in early October. That formline has worked out well and the son of Mambo In Seattle should make natural improvement.
