HEREFORD

Race 1 – PYFFO 4/10

Jonjo O’Neill’s PYFFO is one to watch in the Daily Racing Specials At Planetsportbet Novices’ Hurdle.

He is in good form, having romped to victory by 17 lengths when resuming at Market Rasen in a maiden hurdle and that was followed by a good second at Warwick in a handicap hurdle, when he was beaten by only half a length.

He has a leading chance in this one.

Race 2 – LIGHTFOOT LADY 5/2

Nicky Henderson and Nico De Boinville come to the party with LIGHTFOOT LADY in the Best Odds Guaranteed At Planetsportbet Handicap Hurdle.

He went for a lay-off after just two runs last campaign, with the highlight being a third at Doncaster in a novice hurdle in January.

If he shows the form he displayed last term then he should have a huge chance here.

Race 4 – BRIANNA ROSE 4/1

BRIANNA ROSE looks to continue her good form at Hereford in the Download The Planetsportbet App Mares’ Handicap Chase.

She returned after a small break with a five length victory in a lower class course-and-distance handicap chase.

She stands a good chance here and could replicate that success.

Race 6 – SWIFT HAWK 11/10

Champion jockey Harry Cobden is aboard SWIFT HAWK in the Get Emma’s Offers At Planetsportbet Handicap Hurdle.

Paul Nicholls’ gelding brings good form to this one, having finished second in a handicap hurdle at Taunton.

The presence of Cobden will no doubt give Swift Hawk a boost and with only five coming to post, he should stand a good chance of claiming a victory.

WINDSOR

Race 1 – LET’S GET EM 7/2

Paul and Oliver Cole have been among the winners of late and it is not too difficult to make a strong case for LET’S GET EM in the curtain-raising Commercial Acceptances Ltd Handicap.

Although winless in five starts to date, the gelded son of Wootton Bassett has picked up the silver medal twice, including on his most recent appearance at Brighton.

The application of a tongue-tie and a step up to seven furlongs looked a positive move that day and a further hike in trip to a mile could bring about even more improvement.

Race 2 – STORM CALL 18/10

Trainer Karl Burke might land the Royal Windsor Maiden Fillies’ Stakes with the promising STORM CALL.

The Soldier’s Call filly shaped with huge encouragement on her introduction at Southwell a fortnight ago, travelling as well as anything before briefly encountering trouble in running and then running green when she did get daylight.

That was a commendable effort against the boys and with that run under her belt, she should prove hard to beat back against her own sex.

Race 4 – FEDERAL ENVOY 8/1

FEDERAL ENVOY threw away any chance of winning on his turf debut but compensation awaits in the Royal Windsor Supports Developmental Races Novice Stakes.

A narrow winner over a well-touted rival on his racecourse bow at Southwell, Federal Envoy was a short price to double up in a Pontefract novice contest last month on his first try on grass and attempted to make all of the running.

Everything appeared to be going to plan until he hung badly across the track entering the final furlong and in the end he was beaten just over four lengths into fifth place.

At this early stage of his career, that waywardness can be put down to greenness and with cheek pieces applied, he can reward those who keep the faith.

Race 6 – LOUGHVILLE 7/2

LOUGHVILLE is one of the leading contenders in the Tips For Every Race At Raceday-Ready.Com Handicap.

She scored by a head in a one-mile-and-two-furlong handicap on heavy ground at Bath and continues at the same level here.

She should stand a good chance here and in-form jockey Rossa Ryan could sway things her way in the saddle.
