The five-year-old was once rated a potential Derby contender when claiming a Group Three juvenile success for John and Thady Gosden and holds a Supreme entry at the Cheltenham Festival.
Race 3 – GALICE MACALO 9/4
GALICE MACALO found success by an easy 14 lengths in a two-mile mares handicap chase at Leicester and rates a leading chance to replicate.
You Say Nothing showed plenty of ability at Chepstow when a five length runner-up on heavy going tackling a higher graded two mile handicap chase and should be respected.
Duo D’Enfer arrives in solid form with a 2m3f handicap chase success here prior to a Kelso 2m6f handicap chase third and is appealing.
Race 5 – BEBSIDE BANTER 15/10
BEBSIDE BANTER found success by two lengths in a course and distance handicap chase tackling this level and will be a leading contender.
Big Bee Hive showed plenty of ability at the same meeting here when a solid third in a 2m4f handicap hurdle, so should be included on your shortlist.
Cudgel ran well at Hexham on testing ground finishing third among this company over two miles and could go close again.
Race 7 – TOWNHILL 17/10
TOWNHILL relished a step up to three miles when scoring gamely at Doncaster and another three furlongs in the Betting.Bet Free Members Club Handicap Hurdle will be no problem on that evidence.
