Race 2: KISSING BOOTH (2)
Jockey: L Hewitson – Trainer: S Tarry

KISSING BOOTH ran a good race when finishing second over 1400m last time. She challenged strongly all the way to the line, but found one too good in the form of Riveting. It must be noted that the form of that race has worked out well. The daughter of Captain Al should love the extra furlong on offer and can go one better here.

Race 4: ARIZONA LADY (2)
Jockey: G Lerena – Trainer: J Janse v Vuuren

ARIZONA LADY has good consistent form lines to her credit. She should have won last time as she hung from the 200m mark. The daughter of Visionaire is back against her own sex this afternoon and if keeping on a straight line, should shed her maiden tag.

Race 5: ANNA CAPRI (1)
Jockey: W Kennedy – Trainer: D Nieuwenhuizen

ANNA CAPRI is much better than her last start in the Grade 1 Computaform Sprint. She has won once and finished second once from three starts over this C&D. The daughter of Var takes a drop in class this afternoon and should be hard to peg back.

Race 7: FOREVER MINE (1)
Jockey: C Zackey – Trainer: M de Kock

FOREVER MINE had excuses in the Gold Rush Sprint last time. He returns from a 13-week break today, which may have done him the world of good. His last victory came over this distance and if not in need of the run, he should return to winning ways.

Race 6: TUSCAN WINTER (7)
Jockey: R Simons – Trainer: J Janse van Vuuren

TUSCAN WINTER was ultra-impressive when winning his maiden over 1160m at Turffontein. It must be noted that Power Ranger has come out and won since. The son of What A Winter takes on stronger today, but he is lightly raced and has plenty of scope. Randall Simons takes the ride and he can follow up with another victory.
