BULLION BAY has taken well to this track but may have still felt the effects of his comeback run when 2nd best over this c & d last time out. He went very close prior to that and should bounce back to that form on his peak run today. His good draw is an obvious plus and the son of Bankable is his stable’s only entrant on this card.

MAGIC is in excellent form and has finished runner-up in 6 of his 8 c & d efforts. His last run stands out though as the Mogok gelding ran on well for 2nd behind winners in a feature over this c & d, two weeks ago. He drops to maiden company today and should take a power of beating.
Race 3: SUPANOVA(2)
Jockey: Brown S – Trainer: Erasmus L J
SUPANOVA is lightly raced and he has shown plenty of promise to date. The four-year old gelding is effective on both surfaces and is clearly still improving. He ran on well for 2nd against stronger over six furlongs last time and has plenty more to offer. The Mogok gelding won his maiden over this c & d, three runs back and he should give another good account of himself despite the resultant two pound penalty. He is favourably drawn.
Race 8: KNOCK KNOCK(4)
KNOCK KNOCK is in good form and she went close over shorter at a similar level, two weeks ago. She takes her racing well and is effective up to ten furlongs on this surface. The Tiger Ridge mare is the form runner in this weak field and she could take all the beating from a handy draw.

CAPTAIN’S DIVA is c & d suited and she is consistent but she often lets herself down by jumping slowly. However, she drops heavily in class and will undoubtedly relish the likely suicidal speed. She runs well for this jockey and will be running on at the finish.
