CHARMING STEED has shown good improvement on the All-Weather in recent outings. He is competitive in this grade and should be one of the leading contenders. NICE BIRDIE drops back to a mile and with better luck in running, he can give a good account of himself in this opening contest.
13:10 – Race 2 | Class 4 | 2200m

MR ALADDIN produced a good last effort when beaten half a length by Super Contented. It is encouraging that Karis Teetan has kept faith in the ride and the combination merits healthy respect. WONDER YEARS is a three-time winner over this distance. He runs well for Keagan de Melo and is a serious threat in this line-up.
13:40 – Race 3 | Class 5 | 1650m

MEDIC ELITE has been ultra-competitive in Class 5 and a third career win looks to be on the horizon. The booking of Zac Purton is a major plus. FOXHUNTER WAY finished just over a length behind the winner in his last start. He should be cherry-ripe having his third run after a rest and will have plenty of followers.
14:10 – Race 4 | Class 4 | 1200m

TRAVEL GOLF stayed on strongly to finish second behind Shinkansen in his last start. He is not too consistent but a repeat of that effort should see him finish in the money. The John Size-trained BEAUTY INFINITY was a beaten favourite last time. He comes in with top weight and will be looking to make amends.
14:40 – Race 5 | Class 4 | 1650m

DRAGON STAR finished a neck behind WIN WIN FIGHTER last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. STURDY RUBY finished 2.2 lengths behind the second choice in the race mentioned above. He is 3kgs better off at the weights and there shouldn’t be too much separating them at the wire.
15:10 – Race 6 | Class 4 | 1200m
Selections: 11/3/1
SUPER EAGLE has placed in his last five starts. He has been knocking on the door throughout the season and may be rewarded for consistency. PARTY WARRIOR is better than his recent form suggests. He has cracked pole and is capable of finding a form return in this Class 4 contest. DREAM PURSUER is next best.
15:45 – Race 7 | Class 3 | 1650m

ROCKET SPADE’S form lines before the break are appealing and if returning fit, he should take a power of beating. He is a former Group 1 winner and may be the horse they all have to beat. ALL BEAUTY has fair recent form lines to his credit. He comes in with a handy galloping weight and can give the top selection a good run for his money.
16:15 – Race 8 | Class 3 | 1200m

WATCH BUDDY beat a progressive individual in his last start. He has cracked a neat draw and can make it quick back-to-back wins. CAPITAL DELIGHT has shown good improvement on the All-Weather in recent outings. He is also effective on turf and if putting his best foot forward, he should be involved in the outcome of this Class 3 contest.
16:50 – Race 9 | Class 3 | 1200m

RAGING BLIZZARD found support in his last start when narrowly beaten at the wire. His recent conqueror Watch Buddy participates in Race 8 and it will be interesting to see if the form line is given a boost. HEROIC MASTER has consistent form lines to his credit. He is nicely handicapped and must be strongly considered in the lucky last!
