WINDSOR

Race 1 No5 FAIRY DUST
Trainer: Tom Clover – Jockey: Jack Mitchell

Clover is making a name for himself under both racing codes and FAIRY DUST looks a winner waiting to happen for the trainer following her eye taking debut run over this course and distance. She found only Tanfantic her superior that day and has made great strides subsequently, sufficient to see off recent scorer Rania.

Race 7 No2 DALANIJUJO (Nap)
Trainer: Mick Channon – Jockey: Charles Bishop

DALNIJUJU wasn’t beaten far in what looked a warm contest at Doncaster, finishing eighth to Notforalongtime but beaten just two and a quarter lengths by the winner. She remains in contention with fillies over a longer trip, and if running as well as she’s been working should make an impact.

Race 8 No6 HASTY SAILOR (Each Way)
Trainer: Sir Michael Stoute – Jockey: Pat Dobbs

Stoute sets a poser by saddling two horses that have worked together at home, with Chai Yo Power likely to start favourite owing to a pleasing first run when third on Polytrack at Lingfield. His case is a strong one but for value I prefer HASTY SAILOR, who although lacking the benefit of a previous outing has shown as much as his stablemate on the gallops.

MARKET RASEN

Race 5 No7 CRAIGMOR
Trainer: Olly Murphy – Jockey: Richard Johnson

The key to CRAIGMOR is his knack of running well when fresh from a break. Twice last year he won after a long absence and on this return to hurdles he can dish out a similar performance on what is his first run for well over a year. The gelding has a nice weight and can deliver in the hands of the champion jockey.

Race 8 No1 ULTIMATE GETAWAY (Nap)
Trainer: Fergal O’Brien – Jockey: Liam Harrison

There will be plenty of interest in newcomer Dens Delight whose stable is banging in the winners but ULTIMATE GETAWAY looks the softer option. After showing little in points, he converted on his first start for the O’Brien yard and looks to have turned a new page in his career.
