JUBILATION finished just under a length behind WONDER YEARS in his last start. He is 2kgs better off at the weights and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. MISTER DAPPER ran on powerfully to win his last start. He comes in at the top of the weights and must also be strongly considered in this opening contest.

GANGNAM STAR produced an encouraging debut effort when 2.5 lengths behind Wunderbar. He should come on nicely with that run under the belt. SUPER HIGHWAY has recorded all three of his wins on this course and the booking of James McDonald to ride is a major plus. SIGHT HERO is capable of finding a form return in this line-up.
08:00 – Race 3 | Class 4 | 1400m
Selections: 8/1/4
NEW POWER finished 3 lengths behind the winner on debut and will strip a much fitter horse. He is trying further and if enjoying the extra he should be involved in the outcome of this contest. SUPER LEGENDS was a tad disappointing last time. Zac Purton has picked up the ride and he may be able to coax a little extra out of him where it matters most.
08:30 – Race 4 | Class 5 | 1600m

PRECISION GOAL was beaten a nose by STARSHIP EIGHTY last time. The pair meet on similar weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them at the wire. ANGELS HUNTER caught the eye in his first run of the season. He should strip fitter and can give the top a selection a good run for his money.
09:00 – Race 5 | Class 4 | 1650m

The grey LEGION OF MERIT is the tentative first selection. He showed signs of returning to best form on the turf last time and he may be the one they all have to beat. BLISSFUL STAR showed good improvement last time and if confirming that effort he should be involved in the fight to the finish.
09:35 – Race 6 | Class 4 | 1400m

VOLCANIC SPARK finished 3.5 lengths behind subsequent winner Holy Lake on debut. He would have gained from the experience and could be one worth keeping an eye on. PERFETTO produced a fair last effort behind Fortune President. Antoine Hamelin has picked up the ride and he will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.
10:05 – Race 7 | Class 2 | 2000m

FIVE G PATCH took on much stronger in a Group 1 event last time. He will appreciate the drop-in trip and should be competitive back in Class 2. AWESOME FLUKE has entered the frame in both starts since relocating to Hong Kong. He comes in with a light weight and could be one to cause an upset.
10:35 – Race 8 | Class 3 | 1200m

I GIVE is on an impressive winning streak and on form is very difficult to oppose. COTTON FINGERS finished right behind the top selection in his last start. He is 2kgs better off at the weights which should be enough to turn the tables. WINGS OF WAR showed signs of needing his comeback run behind the top choice and should finish closer this time around.
11:10 – Race 9 | Class 3 | 1650m

CHING should be cherry-ripe having his third run after a rest. He has ability and should take some catching if suited to the surface. ADEFILL finished 4 lengths behind YELLOWFIN last time. He is 4.5kgs better off at the weights and will benefit from a better draw.
11:45 – Race 10 | Class 3 | 1400m

The John Size-trained PINS PRINCE won his last start in good fashion. He has cracked pole and could be one of the better bets on the card. THE HEIR has finished second behind Galaxy Patch in both starts since relocating from Australia. He will appreciate the step up in distance and can feature in the lucky last!
