DIAMOND WINNER has been narrowly beaten in his last two starts. He is drawn nicely in barrier 4 and should give a good account of himself in this opening contest. BROTHER PEARL has entered the frame in his last two starts and could be one to fill the exacta spot. The South African-bred GREEN LASER can feature if repeating the form of his penultimate run.

COPARTNER PRANCE is coming along the right way. He has placed in his last two starts under Keagan de Melo and looks set to notch up his first career victory. ROBOT KNIGHT produced a fair debut effort on the All Weather. He has cracked pole position and should come on nicely with that run under the belt.
08:00 – Race 3 | Class 4 | 1400m

COMPASSION SPIRIT produced a fair comeback effort when 2.8 lengths behind Superb Kid. He is fitter now and could be one to cause an upset. TRAVEL GOLF has decent form lines to his credit and the only concern is that he may prefer racing at Happy Valley. CELTIC TIMES is next best.
08:30 – Race 4 | Class 4 | 1200m

SPEEDY FORTUNE finished half a length behind the winner in his last start. He is nicely handicapped and it is encouraging that Zac Purton has kept faith in the ride. JAMES TAK followed up his recent win with a decent effort behind Super Commander. He comes in at the top of the weights and merits healthy respect in this line-up.
09:00 – Race 5 | Class 4 | 1650m
Selections: 7/2/8
MISSION BRAVO finished 1.2 lengths in-front of LUCKY BANNER in his last start. The pair meet on similar weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them in the run down to the line. All four of AMAZING TEENS’ victories have been recorded on the All Weather. He has decent form lines to his credit but the wide draw is an obvious concern.
09:35 – Race 6 | Class 4 | 1200m

SPEEDY SMARTIE finished a length behind STRIVE FOR GLORY last time. He is 2kgs better off at the weights which should be enough to turn the tables. COOL BLUE finished a couple of lengths behind the winner on this course last time and a repeat of that effort should see him finish in the money.
10:05 – Race 7 | Class 3 | 1200m

The dark grey TORONADO PHANTOM finished 1.2 lengths behind the winner at Happy Valley last time. He has won twice on this surface and is the narrow first selection. SKY FOREVER won his last start in good fashion defeating Cool Blue and it will be intriguing to see if the form line is given a boost in Race 6.
10:40 – Race 8 | Class 2 | 1400m

SUPERB BOY and ATULLIBIGEAL both finished a couple of lengths behind Mugen in their last start. The pair meet on the same weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them at the wire. GUMMY GUMMY is a decent sort. He was beaten narrowly on the All Weather last time and is also effective on turf.
11:15 – Race 9 | Class 3 | 1800m

SIMPLY MAVERICK won well in his last two starts at Happy Valley and a hat-trick is definitely on the cards. He may still be ahead of the handicapper at this stage of his career. SIMPLE HEDGE has found one better in his last two starts. He was beaten a neck last time and will be looking to make amends. WOODFIRE BRO has placed in all three starts this season. He drops in trip and can run into the money.
11:50 – Race 10 | Class 3 | 1650m
Selections: 3/4/12
ADEFILL finished 1.8 lengths behind SO WE JOY over this course and distance last time. He is 3kgs better off at the weights and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. FRANTANCK finished a neck behind the top selection in his penultimate start. He carries a handy galloping weight and must also be strongly considered in the lucky last!
