SO AWESOME has finished a couple of lengths behind the winner in recent outings. He is nicely weighted with apprentice Britney Wong aboard and could be one to fill the exacta spot.

GLORY CLOUD returns from a 9-week layoff which would have done him the world of good. MASTER TRILLION is better than his moderate last effort. Zac Purton takes the ride and he may be able to coax a little bit extra out of him where it matters most. GOLDEN DARCI is next best.

COUNTRY DANCER finished positively over this distance last time. He comes in with a handy galloping weight and should be one of the leading contenders. ENJOY GOLF has shown good improvement over the minimum trip in his last two starts. He must have a say.
08:00 – Race 4 | Class 4 | 1400m

LUCKY GENERATIONS is better than his below par last effort. Harry Bentley has kept faith in the ride and if reproducing his prior form, he should be involved in the outcome of this Class 4 contest. LAKESHORE HERO finished a couple of lengths behind Happy Soul last time. He is lightly raced and may have more to come.

RAGING RAPIDS showed some promise on debut when beaten just over a length at the wire. He should come on nicely with that run under the belt. VIGOR ELEEGANT finished second behind the progressive Sky Jewellery last time. If repeating that type of effort, he should enter the frame.

NORTHERN FIRE BALL was a beaten favorite behind Motoman last time and will be looking to make amends. ISLAND BUDDY finished 0.2 lengths behind MY FLYING ANGEL last time. The pair meet on identical weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them at the business end.
09:35 – Race 7 | Class 3 | 1400m

JUNEAU PRIDE won by the narrowest of margins last time. He is an improving sort and should make his presence felt. LIGHT YEARS CHARM produced a decent last effort behind Patch Of Cosmo and is edging closer to a win. However, the wide draw is an obvious concern. GRACIOUS EXPRESS cannot be ignored.
10:05 – Race 8 | Class 1 | 1200m

GORGEOUS WIN finished a neck behind RAGING BLIZZARD last time. The pair meet on similar weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them in the run down to the line. COPARTNER PRANCE finished third in the race mentioned above and must also be strongly considered.

CALIFORNIATOTALITY’S last two starts over this distance have been really good and 1800m may be the ideal trip for him at this stage of his career. He represents good each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. SILVERY BREEZE turns around quickly after a decent third-place finish behind New Future Folks. He should give the top selection a good run for his money.
11:15 – Race 10 | Class 3 | 1200m

MAJESTIC EXPRESS has finished close-up behind the winner in recent outings. He is nicely handicapped and can win a race of this nature. RISING FROM ASHES made a form return last time and it would be no surprise to see him in the winner’s box. HONG LOK GOLF is unbeaten from two starts. He jumps in class and should be up to the task at hand.
11:50 – Race 11 | Class 3 | 1400m

The Caspar Fownes trained SKY TRUST finished a neck behind Bundle Award last time. He has cracked pole and should give another good account of himself. MASTEROFMYUNIVERSE has shown that he is a progressive type. He is unbeaten on this course and can feature if overcoming the wide draw. BEAUTY GLORY is next in line.
