AMAZING TEENS finished a neck behind Red Hare King at Happy Valley last time. All four of his career wins have come on this course and he should give a good account of himself in this opening contest. BLISSFUL STAR has placed in his last two runs on this course and looks to be an obvious danger.

CHANCHENG PRINCE finished just under a length behind Xponential on this course last time. He comes in at the top of the weights and the booking of Hugh Bowman to ride is a big plus. ALACRITY finished half a length behind MR ASCENDENCY in a race won by Helios Express. The pair meet on the same weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them at the wire.

LUCKY BANNER was beaten the narrowest of margins in his last start. He has cracked a neat draw and is a strong contender in this line-up. LEGION OF MERIT finished just under a length behind the top selection last time. The pair meet on similar weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them in the run down to the line.

STARSHIP EIGHTY has attractive recent form lines to his credit. He won on this course in December and will have plenty of followers. SUPER JOY has finished runner-up in his last three starts on this course. He has a wide draw to overcome but Zac Purton will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.

COLOURFUL PRINCE finished third behind Fast Buck on this course last time. He is drawn nicely in barrier 2 and mighgt be one that they all have to beat. ACA POWER is nicely weighted with apprentice Wong aboard and if overcoming the wide draw, he should have a say in the outcome of this contest.
15:45 – Race 6 | Class 4 | 1200m

DIAMOND FLARE produced a good second-place finish behind Fast Buck last time. He won his penultimate start with ease under Luke Ferraris and could be one of the better bets on the card. JUDY’S GREAT finished 6.2 lengths behind the top selection last time. He is 3.5kgs better off at the weights and should finish closer as a result.
16:15 – Race 7 | Class 3 | 1200m

GOOD BUDDY and MARK THE MOMENT were beaten narrowly by CAPITAL DELIGHT in their last outing. Both are nicely weighted and are genuine contenders in this Class 3 contest. The dark grey TORONADO PHANTOM is better than his last start and is capable of finding a form return in this type of field.

FRANTANCK finished a neck behind ADEFILL in his last start. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. It should also be noted that ROMANTIC CHARM is a former Group 2 winner. Vincent Ho rides and the combination merit healthy respect in the lucky last!
