The son of Lancaster Bomber would have gained from the experience and will love the rise to 1450m. With the natural improvement that is expected, he may be the one to beat.

SOLDIER’S EYE was running on when second over this C&D last time. The daughter of Rabada meets a similar line-up this afternoon. If not too far out of her ground turning for home, she can go one better.

SECRET RECIPE ran on powerfully when winning her last start over this distance on the Vaal Classic course. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. If not in need of the run, she can follow up with another victory.
