BROADLANDS has decent form lines to her credit. She moved up well last time, but did not go on with the effort. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. She will enjoy the drop to the mile and in this line-up, she should take a power of beating.

ABSOLUTE VALUE set his own fractions up front last time and fought back well to get the better of Great Affair. He received a four-pound penalty for that victory. The son of Master Of My Fate takes a drop in class and can notch up the hat-trick.

SHELDON was an easy winner of his last start over this distance at Turffontein. He raced from a prominent position, found another kick and drew clear of the opposition. He is in a good space and despite his big mass of 62kgs, he should notch up his fifth career victory.
