She finished just under half a length ahead of the 3rd placed runner CHINA BEACH that day and though only 0.5kg to the good, the daughter of Stronghold will prefer this extra furlong and she loves racing on this track.

POLLY WOLLY DOODLE had excuses for her disappointing last run over ten furlongs but that was in a quality field and the formline could be worth following. She had some decent prior form, the pick of which was her good 3rd behind the smart Noor over this distance, second time out. The Mike Azzie inmate has plenty of scope and she may have been generously docked three pounds in her rating. She should be a major contender in this line-up.
Race 7: GUN FIGHTER(1)
GUN FIGHTER produced a classy last winning display over this c & d recently. He was slow into stride that day but finished strongly to win going away and has strong claims once more, despite the resultant five-pound penalty. The Paul Peter inmate should easily handle the rise in class.
