TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Valid from 21 September – 15 October 2020
1. The competition runs between 21 September – 15 October 2020 at 23:59.
2. Cut off time for entries is 23h59 on 15 October 2020.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. A customer must place a Betgames bet on his/her online betting account or play in a Hollywoodbets outlet in order to qualify for the draw.
5. To enter, customers must do the following:
– Retail bets: Bet R10 or more on Betgames and dial *120*46559*2*ticketnumber# to enter.
– Account bets: Bet R10 or more on Betgames and visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page once for all your bets to be entered.
6. Each ticket number can only be entered once.
7. Customers must take a bet within the competition period to qualify for the daily draws; losing entries will be carried forward to the next draw.
8. Two winners, one from retail and one from online, will be randomly selected every day between 22 September – 16 October via a draw from all valid entries.
9. The two winners will each receive R1 000 cash.
10. The two winners will be contacted after the draw.
11. Prizes will include 50 x R1 000 cash prizes.
12. Entries are not limited.
13. Draws to select the winners will take place by a Hollywoodbets Team Member, supervised by an internal auditor.
15. Cash prizes will be paid into the winners Hollywoodbets betting account.
16. If the winner does not have a betting account, we can open one for them or alternatively cash prize winners will need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.
17. Cash prizes will be transferred electronically into the winner’s nominated bank account/ betting account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
18. Winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to submit their banking details and a copy of their Identity Document to Hollywoodbets to claim their prize.
19. By entering the competition, you agree:
– that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
– to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
– to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
20. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
21. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents, and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
22. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
23. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
24. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users, and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
25. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
26. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
