The South African men’s netball team has secured a commanding victory over Lesotho at the Africa Netball Cup in Namibia.
The defending champions, South Africa, triumphed with an impressive 98-8 win in their opener.
The team started the match strong, finishing the first half with a dominant 48-6 lead.
The Africa Netball Cup officially began on Monday and will run until Saturday, December 14.
Both the men’s and women’s teams are competing in this exciting tournament.
In the women’s category, host nation Namibia will face off against Eswatini, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
Meanwhile, the men’s category includes Namibia, Eswatini, Kenya, Lesotho, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
The South African women’s national team, the Spar Proteas, will take on Kenya in their opening match on Monday afternoon.
